Our Story

I’m Mark, originally from Melbourne, Australia. My life took an unexpected and wonderful turn during a business trip to Romania, where I had a chance meeting with an incredible Romanian woman.

That encounter changed everything. She became the center of my world and ultimately my wife, soon after, I found myself moving to Romania—a country rich in history, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality. Together, we built a beautiful life, and our young daughter fills our days with joy and laughter.

Leaving behind Melbourne's vibrant coffee culture was a challenge. In Australia, coffee is more than just a drink; it's a cherished ritual and a way of life. I missed the bespoke blends and unique flavors that were part of my daily routine. Driven by nostalgia and a desire to share this passion, we dreamed of bringing that rich coffee experience to Romania.
